Classes

We have been hosting farm tours and classes since 2022.  Our new classes are designed to be hands on with participants taking a project home to keep.

Seed Blocking – Participants will learn how to make seed blocks with the limited resources available in North Idaho. Each participant will take home a 1020 tray with a mesh insert and a vented high humidity dome, filled with approximately 50 ready-to-plant seed blocks. The class will be held on April 12, 2025. The cost will be $45 per participant.

Wicking Beds – this class is still under design.  The farm has over 100 feet of wicking beds for flowers.  These beds help to conserve water, relying primarily on the rain to keep them growing.
